This review is not about sales, it's about service at this location. I would give a negative number of stars if I could because it's downright atrocious. Pray your phone never breaks unless you want to spend hours in the store and on hold. Once in the store, expect long lines, one technician sort of working (but mostly chatting with others lingering around), computer issues, an interesting clientele, a/c failure....and the list goes on. Once they determine they can do NOTHING, they will send your phone out to California and tell you it will take 7 days for it to return. On day 7 (in my case 9), you will call - and the phone won't be there! They will tell you to call in a few more days. At which point, you will call - and sit on hold for 40 minutes before dialing from another number. Once you finally get someone in the phone they will say "Yeah, it's here". Don't expect them to set it aside in a little box with your name on it. Oh no - you will need to start the cycle all over again. Go sit in line, etc. etc. It's a maddening experience.

The sales associates are in need of more training desperately they will sell you a Samsung galaxy s phone but don't know how to set it up and answers questions of your concern they will say I have an I- phone and not familiar, after you have made your purchase they have no time for you if you return for questions. If I hadn't returned a third time I would have lost all my pictures, but a willing associates gave me favor and retrieve all my pictures didn't get his name but he knows who he is. God bless you.

Poorly trained staff. Supervisors lack problem solving capabilities.

Customer reps aren't trained properly. Very rude, unwelcoming and only are about their sells quota for the month instead of simple customer service tasks like returns, asking the right questions and having the ability to get customers in and out in a timely manner.

Matt in service was awesome!!! He assessed the issues I was having with my phone and told me the possible issues. He helped me get my phone working all while assisting multiple customer who had service matters and even some of the sales clients. He dealt calmly with rude customers and maintain his superb customer service with those who needed help. Ask for Matt if your in need of service!
