Excellent customer Service #1
Hey folks my name is Jim. I am a frequent shopper of P.C in Union. Bought my new flat screen OLED!! Amazing picture LG really did a great job very pleased. Sales man by the name of Sameer assisted by his manager Lorenzo really went above and beyond the call of duty. From helping me understand the TV technology to the cool features that suit my needs. The BOSE system is a MUST! My wife Jane and I are looking to purchase are new home in Springfield which is perfect because we will be coming to P.C. to get our new appliances and mattress. Jeez they even carry recliners!
Rob and his staff were simply fantastic. Courteous, kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. Our special thanks go to Paul B, who in addition was patient with our many questions. We never felt pushed into purchasing a product and he made sure we left with the one that was right for us. Great service, strongly recommend them.
When we arrived Luis gave us a Big welcome, in the parking lot. Luis Opened the car door for us.

Visited this location with my mom on 12/14/17 and the sales associate Avery is exceptional and is great at his job. One of the best sales associate I've encountered. He knows the products and answered all the questions we had to make our shopping experience easier. Because of his great work we'll be returning back to P.C Richards for anything else we need
I had an experience similar to that of Raphy's when my brother and I walked into PC Richards yesterday afternoon. We were only acknowledged by the sales associate who was outside; no one else even bothered to look in our direction. I do recognize that the one gentleman was helping another customer; even so, he could have acknowledged us even with a slight nod of the head. As a customer service representative myself, I recognize how important it is that each customer walk away from our facility with a positive experience. I would urge the store manager of this particular location to impress upon his employees how essential this is.
Very pleasant people FRIENDLY. We laughed so hard. It was great.
