I went to get iPhone for my daughter and I end up with 3 phone just because of the guy helped me. He told me about offer which it wasn't online.
No Sales Reps available...went to customer service for one to be sent back to the Car audio section. Stayed there for 10 minutes; still no one. No wonder people prefer to shop online, same service; none! I Left
Willing to assist staff is what e-tail lacks. This is why I truly give this store 5 Stars. Most of the staff is eager to assist with a smile and more than half actually knows the answers to your questions.
I love this store. And the toy section is pretty large for a best buy. Did my Christmas shopping all in one place
Took my father to Best Buy to pick up a laptop for my mother and hopefully convince him to consider purchasing a brand other than Apple. We had the great fortune of having Dominique assist us and we were more than impressed. She answered all of our questions with incredible detail and accuracy and managed to sell my father on a beautiful HP. Knowledgeable, courteous and extremely patient. Dominique is the best.
