So i get up at 530 am to drive to meet Tina Torres for a rental.....drive 2 hours to Kearny NJ to inspect the place....get there to meet her at 8 as we verbally agreed to.....she told me on the phone to be there between 8 and 9 am....that I need to hurry.....that she has 6 people looking at the place.....When I get there no one is there....i text and call her cell phone and office no answer or response....I then get a text at 830....stating"I TOLD YOU 9".....not....Im sorry for the misunderstanding....then she messes up the text to someone in her office with me and its states....Oh well his fault....then she threatens me with....she has 5 people waiting right now.....no one was there.......A simple sign of empathy atleast would of helped the situation.....Tina Torres is very unprofessional.....making a mistake on verbal communication is one thing.....lying and treating me like an unworthy customer is unacceptable.....be careful of tricky saleswomen
I highly recommend Tina Torres from Lifetime Realtors. She is experienced, hardworking, honest and completely trustworthy. We listed our house in Union with her. She gave us excellent advice, which we followed completely and she sold our house in 6 days for full asking price!!! Never again. Staff doesn't know how to treat first time buyers. I lost 4k$ and most of that money was waist because my realtor never help me in subjects that they know more than a first time buyer and she never admit that she screw up in some of this subjects. I couldn't buy my house
