this should be a wake up call to anyone looking to sell their home with him... he will only bring you victims he con'ed into signing his contact, this is his way of locking in the sellers asset and the potential buyers right to go to another broker to look at another house he's not listing in house.
so i contacted century 21 corporate's office to file a compliant along with contacting my attorney to file a formal compliant and suite against mr pogorelski and his firm pago reality..
i dealt directly with the owner mr pogorelski, if i were able to leave a negative star rating i would.
that didn't make sense to me being that i was an agent about 20 years ago and have some knowledge on ethical conduct.
what mr pogorelski is doing is unethical, dishonest and outright illegal.
i own a few homes in newark and contacted mr pogorelski on a home he was the listing broker on, after discussing some of the details of the home, we were getting ready to set up a day and time to view the house.
i've been in the real estate market for over 20 years and have never been treated like this, this man is a crook and scam artist.
he basically said without me signing this contract, (which not only will bind me to this house he has for sale, but every other house on the market!!) he didn't want to waste his time.
The unprofessionalism that I dealt with was unbelievable. Rude and just down right ghetto. From the manager at C-21 pogo realtors to Yvonne they don't know how to run a business. I don't know how these people have licenses. The reviewer before me is absolutely correct. The five star reviews are from their family and friends.

so basically what he is doing is strong arming innocent potential buyers into signing an agreement that they can not contact any other broker for any other property for sale, and forcing them only to go through him!!! how is that legal???.
he is discriminating against buyers that refuse to sign his contract and is not abiding by the state law that states he must present ALL offers to his client ( the seller ) not only the ones he scams into signing his contract.
i requested if possible to see the house on a day i was coming out to jersey to see some other potential properties, at that point mr pogorelski got very rude. he insisted that if i wanted to see the house that i sign a 3 month exclusive contract binding me to him as my personal broker!!.
