Tried to get a grooming appointment and was put on hold and left there for 20 mins. Called back and no one answered.
This place is HUGE with lots of room and options too. Wide selection of things and the place is really clean and neat.
I brought my puppy here to be groomed and when I picked her up, her haircut was extremely uneven and did not look to be professionally done. When we got home,I noticed that her eye was red and had a yellow discharge leaking out of it. I immediately took her to the vet and her doctor knew that my puppy was poked in the eye during her grooming session. She was on antibiotic eyedrops for 2 weeks after that grooming.I will never take her back there for a grooming. The only good part about that store is the clothing that's available for dogs.
Pet store is good. GROOMING a nightmare. I waited 7 months for my westie to have long enough hair for the ideal westie cut. Not only did the groomer tell me my pup looks like it was just picked up from the shelter. But the end result was horrible. She looks like a shaved white rat with a hole on her face clipped out. Disappointed and anger.
