Good fast-food, pretty accurate and usually pleasant. By far the best of the fast food joints. Inside is always very clean as well.
It was my first time visiting Chick-fil-A and I really enjoyed it! The staff at the Union, NJ restaurant were very friendly, the food was fresh and delicious! While my husband and I were eating our meals, two staff members came by at two separate times to inquire if we were enjoying our meal and if we needed anything. We were very impressed by the service. I also liked the summer decorations. When we walked in it was a vibrant atmosphere and very lively and fun. We will definitely return.
Staff is much more enthusiastic than other fast food restaurant workers, especially since it's just after 7 AM. The food was a little pricy for the portion size but that helps me diet passively. The actual food tasted very fresh. Restaurant was clean. Music was Christian but without lyrics so everybody can enjoy the upbeat melodies.
I love chick-fil-a and have never had a bad experience in one. Sometimes, every once in a while my order takes "long" and they graciously give you a gift card for making you wait an extra 5 minuets or so. But for whatever reason today, a very busy day no doubt, I have waited patiently for my food, 10, 20, 30 and now I'm at 40 minuets still waiting. I've gone to check on the food and the kids at the register said "it's coming sir". I never would of thought of putting a one star at a chick-fil-a!
Usually love Chick-fil-A. Food is always great. But I got to there union store late last night on my way home from a trip. About 20 minutes before closing and one/some of the employees friends were hanging around in the waiting line, sitting around you couldn't tell who was waiting to order and who was not. They were loud and obnoxious. Standing in the way and would not stop talking to the guy at the register. He did not take my order and another employee had to come out of the back to take my order. I was VERY displeased with this visit. Hopefully they put another location in the area so I could stay away from this one.
