I have always enjoyed coming to this theater! Between the price, and the coziness it has always been my first choice as someone mainly interested in watching a movie!
When Union theaters is open, I really like the atmosphere inside. It's feels rustic and decedent in fashion but I always have a good time. Tickets and concessions are fair priced.
Horrible experience!!!! F$#@ this place! , charged full price when their air conditioner broke down, no air conditioning it was °103 degrees indoors!!!!!!! Most uncomfortable experience ever like being inside an oven in the summertime. Our entire family will never ever go back again and we always suggest to EVERYONE to chose another location to enjoy a movie!
Upon arriving to the theater the doors were locked and while we tried to figure out what was going on, a worker came to the door and told us that the place had just closed. Which didn’t make sense because there was supposed to be a viewing in 10 minutes.
I went to this movie theater last night after buying two tickets online for a 9:40 viewing of Justice League.
He called his manager and she told us that the website must have made a mistake because the last movie was at 8 pm. That’s all fine and dandy because I can go to another theater but where’s my refund?
She says that she can’t give a refund but she can give a pass so that we can see it another day. No, I want my refund. I spent my hard earned money on that ticket, to see that day because I don’t have another day to see it. If you can’t give me the service that I paid for, return my money. Make sure you don’t buy their tickets online because obviously they’re fine with ripping people off.
At first I was skeptical about the extremely cheap price... but it's actually a very cool theater. The employees were very cool and knowledgeable. the seats were clean. My only complaint is that the snacks were on the expensive side. But overall... I cant really complain about a theater in walking distance from me, and the price is perfect, lol. (Also it's literally outside from the bus stop) I watched 3 movies in a row within one day there because the price was so affordable and I was extremely bored. Again... no complaints, but that popcorn should be at least a dollar cheaper.
