I’ve dropped in a few times and each time was better than the last! Everyones super down to earth and friendly. The coaches were all very committed, knowledgable and willing to help with each movement and scaling option. Great sense community with a lot of good energy. 515 AM class kills it!
I live in Georgia but was home for the holidays. I dropped in for a crossfit class because my friend Lori raves about this place so I had to check it out with her. The staff and people are so nice and make you feel like you’re part of the family right away! Highly recommend to anyone in the area. Thank you for an awesome class and for making me feel so welcome!

Dropped in for the 12:00 today and the environment was great. Everyone was super welcoming and helpful. The programming isn't what I'm used to but it's always good to change things up. I'll definitely be back. There were several dogs.
Amazing CrossFit gym! First day there... one of the coaches took their time and was able to guide me to my first muscle up without even a membership. I actually had a chance to visit a few CrossFit gyms and a shocking amount were not welcoming at all and would not even spend any time with me without me jumping in headfirst to some kind of contract. I was impressed with Golden Phoenix. They didn’t put any pressure on you to join and I felt they sincerely just wanted me to to have a good first CrossFit experience.
On top of that... they GO HARD! And they are going to give you the correction/coaching you need. I travel over an hour and a half away from my home to come here because even though there are a ton near me, this is the best gym I’ve been to.
Terrific Crossfit gym! The coach and members are engaged, helpful, and welcoming. Great programming - you're sure to get a strong workout in and have fun. Down to earth people, good location. I dropped in, would highly recommend for drop ins or locals.
