Great experience. As soon as I walked in, Anthony greeted me with a smile and immediately asked me what were my furnishing needs. We explored all the options together for bedroom sets and living room furniture and he explained the price ranges for sets and individual pieces. Anthony always shot for the best quality in any piece of furniture we went through and he shared his personal experience with furniture he owns, so it was good to relate to someone who already knows how the furniture is. He offered me the best financial options and after he explained the best bundle I had to get it. I'm definitely going to buy furniture in Bobs from now on.

You definitely left a great first impression- for both yourself, And Bob's (We were first time Bob's shoppers today- but I can guarantee it won't be the last time we shop there!) You helped take the stress out of finding something I'd love (and could afford) while also making it easy and so much fun! Also working in retail myself, I definitely value and appreciate the work and customer service you give, especially with my parents asking the same questions multiple times! I Can't tell you when we'll be back, but we definitely Will!

Just left BOBS having had the best expirence once could ask for! We were promptly and pleasantly greeted by Sergio who introduced himself. He allowed us to look around without pressuring us which literally made all the difference. Having had time to look around without feeling harassed we decided on our living room & dining room set. He was courteous, knowledgeable and helped us make the right decision for our needs. We not only found the ideal sofa and love seat, but also purchased the coffee and side tables at a very reasonable price. We never felt rushed or pushed to make a decision.
