The lines were long. They could use a few more cashier's. Other than that it's a nice store.
Had the best experience in the vision dept. My current expensive glasses broke...the vision expert replaced the frames for me, tiredlessly found a perfect frame so I can keep my expensive lenses. When I gave up he did not!! I want to thank him...no name tag
Bought all I needed. The help was great. I had to search for the employees. But I got a great workout!
Checked the Walmart website... they said the item I wanted was available for same day pickup... it was not there.... asked a clerk to look for it... they refused said if it is not in the shelf they don't have it.... HE DID NOT EVEN LOOK FOR IT... he just turned his back and continued texting....
Today it has been a bad experience. I have been to the store on route 22 union NJ at.around 12 AM, but I could not be helped to get a baby formula for more than 30 minutes despite multiple quest to customer service. In all fairness I have to say they tried but no body answered their call. Later on, I found a supervisor passing by, and was glad to help.
