What a joke, the judge is a nasty woman, she had absolutely no consideration for the institution and procedures of our court system. She showed up an hour late, apologizing to the entire court room, looking like she didn't even brush her hair, ungroomed and rude - I was disgusted. She was unfamiliar with paying traffic tickets on-line, making it difficult for several people who lived extremely far away. If I had to guess I would think she was hitting the Vodka bottle before work. I will not be crossing through this town again.
What a miserably sad excuse for a government institution. I would have better luck complying with my out of state ticket by calling the Union township zoo.
