I was extremely happy with the service Audi provided! Last Friday morning I hit a large curb while trying to avoid being side swiped with my 2015 BMW. I took it to a BMW dealership and they estimated the right front side suspension damage to be close to $11k. I was shocked and dismayed especially since I am familiar with automotive repair. I was informed I needed an axle, control arm, ball joint, rack and pinion, pork chop (anyone know what that even is), and the list went on and on even saying my RF tire was bald. ( replaced all 4 last month)
After hearing this discouraging news I took my vehicle to Audi who is my personal mechanic. He put it in the air and after laughing about the dealership pricing he told me : " you need a strut and a control arm" which totalled about $765. This commitment to honestly and reliability is why I highly recommend going here for any type of work on any type of vehicle. My thanks to Audi, Luis and Ruban for their teamwork to fix my car in 2 days!
I just got a tune-up with valve cover. This was my first time coming here to have service done on my Toyota and I'm very pleased. I will come back again! Honest people, fair pricing, and great customer service. Highly recommended!
