Good place to bowl and have fun. Parties on Friday nite have the best music..Love it!
They do not take care of this bowling alley I wish he sale the place to some one who would take care.half
Have been going to Hy-Way for an annual holiday bowling event for 10 years and always enjoyed ourselves. However, this year unfortunately, was awful. The staff in the past was always helpful but there were different people managing the place this year and their attitude was ambivalent at best. We had encountered numerous lane, pin and scoring malfunctions that resulted in us only be able to bowl five frames in or second game. And then more malfunctions in the third game. Management would not correct the issues, refused to acknowledge the most of the issues and would not refund our money for the games we could not complete. After a decade of business and having a great experience they ruined it this year.
During a tournament last weekend women were limited to 1 bathroom for all the women for 40 lanes. Equipment on Lanes 27/28 were operating defectively
The lady helping us out was very rude.Prices are cheap,but they try to scam you. Example:We where playing as we wHere finshing they stopped the game so we asked kindly,but as she fixed she responded with no care. DISGUSTING AREA, DIRTY, AND BADLY TAKING CARE OF. MANY PROBLEMS WITH NON-LEAGUE LANES.
