Good price, good food for chain restaurant. Our waitress was "Precious", literally : )
We had an early dinner there on 11/18. They were having computer issues so meals weren't being entered right away and the one who didn't order garden bar was given a free salad bar. Awesome!!! I LOVE their Garden Bar. I had their New Orleans blackened tilapia. The only bad part was that the shrimp on top were just this side of raw. ICK ICK ICKY!!!!!!
I mentioned it to our waitress and she said, "yes, that happens frequently." And she walked away. I was left looking at my dinner mates like, *"whoa.... Did she really just saw that like it was part of their menu that shrimp was regularly served raw whenever they were served as a topping on meals???"*
Did not have a good experience dining here. Walked in on a Friday afternoon (wasn't crowded) and sat down. My waitress came by and told her I needed a few minutes to order and then asked for water. My waitress returned close to 15 min later and finally asked if I was ready to order. It took another 20 min for my food to actually come. I usually am chill about a small delay in service but this was extraordinary. In addition, the food is expensive compared to comparable restaurants. Would not recommend
The meal was very good, except for that portion. Which is why I am not giving them 5 stars. I am just NOT A FAN OF RAW SHRIMP. I'm not a raw fish, meats, etc foods fan. . In these times, there is just too much unknowns when eating raw or uncooked proteins especially. *Thinking of Animal Planets show, "Monsters Inside Me."*
Food was great. The cheeseburger was perfectly cooked but the Service was awful. Server was super nice and friendly but clearly was in the weeds and no one helped him. No refills. Delivered food but didn't check back until we had been done for almost ten minutes. Took another ten minutes to get check and card back. A real bummer.
Your workers should dress professionally as the uniform dictates. Fast, professional service from Kathleen our server but having to see the unprofessional worker refilling the salad bar with his gray and black striped underwear exposed as we sat in the booth near the salad bar... I lost my appetite and we waited 12 minutes to see the manager who never came over. You go out to dine not see exposed underwear with the meal...
