HORRIBLE wait times. There are only 2 associates taking clients....been here forever! They need a better system.

Watched an employee on their phone for 20 minutes, waited 40 minutes for a quick letter. Horrible customer service.
Waited on line for 30 minutes to get 10 dollars worth of quarters so I could do laundry in my building.. Only to be told once I got to the teller 'sorry don't have any quarters'.., I'm sorry.. Aren't I at a bank???? Never again
